Transitional Clinician Wellness

Welcome to my community
Navigating adult life especially in high responsibility or high-stress roles can bring ongoing challenges to your well being. Here, you’ll find coaching and wellness support for helping professionals navigating career shifts, burnout recovery, identity changes, and life transitions without over-functioning or self-abandonment. Together, we’ll explore strategies grounded in coaching, consultation, education, and ongoing support to help you move forward with intention and confidence.

About Me
My name is LaTonja Perry, though I go by Shay. I am a licensed master-level social worker in Alabama and Connecticut, currently working under supervision toward my LCSW. I bring several years of experience supporting both adults and children in navigating emotional stress, life transitions, and high-demand environments.
Through this work, I’ve developed a strong foundation in emotional regulation, capacity awareness, and sustainable wellness especially for adults who hold significant responsibility in their personal and professional lives.
Transitional Clinician Wellness was created as a resource-based wellness and coaching space for adults, especially those in high-stress, helping, or service oriented roles. This space goes beyond reflection and education. It offers coaching support, practical tools, and intentional guidance for individuals navigating burnout, life transitions, career shift, and identity changes that often comes with caring for others.
